Booking Policy
At the time of booking, a non-refundable $50 retainer is required to secure your appointment date and time. Your session retainer can be made in the form of Cash, Cash-app Zelle, or Apple Pay. Appointments made without a retainer may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment of the retainer is required at the time of booking and has a 12-hour grace period. Retainer that are not paid within 12 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored and subjects the appointment to cancellation. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the Hite Light Photography LLC policies.
Payment Policy
Sessions must be paid in full immediately after the shoot via Cash, Cash-App, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Prices are subject to change per service agreement and additional services that may be provided on site. An additional $25 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 20 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.
