If you are unable to make your photo session all Retainers will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If Hite Light Photography LLC. cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract.
